La Costiera Hotel

Lovely stay, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and near the beach. Loved the hotel.

The worst holiday/ hotel I have ever stayed in, it is in the middle of nowhere no bar no restaurant ok I fridge in reception with bottles of beer, to go anywhere it costs a fortune, €90 airport €70 shopping mall €70 to the port to get a ferry to another island, all taxes were organised by reception 😀 hotel is so far away from everywhere, i will never return,

Worst experience I've ever had travelling. Booked 5 nights . Ended up leaving in less than 5 hours. Rooms very old snd shabby, no fixed shower, just hand held . No WiFi in rooms, booked twin and had to split 2 old single beds joined and remake my self as 2 beds. Dirty mattresses and 1 flat pillow. No restaurant as stated only served breakfast. Was sent to supermarket to get food and then reprimanded very loudly and rudely in Italian fir bringing food to room! Asked for restaurant and told Burger King down the Rd. Middle of nowhere. No transport. No shuttle so 90 euro taxi fee 2* at best . Left to Fab hotel half the price near Naples. I'm well travelled and this was def made worse by the abuse from the man at reception. If he owned the place then it reflects why it was so run down and dowdy. If he worked there he needs training. The 2 girls were lovely

The hotel was a little far out of Naples and the photos etc that our agent had advertised were misleading. However, Laila- at the reception- could not have been more helpful. She went out of her way to book taxis and give us local information. She acted like a host- always making sure we were ok.

On arrival at La Costiera we found it a little far out from central Naples, however our stay there was wonderful. The staff we super helpful especially Laila, she couldn’t do enough for us and did everything she possibly could to ensure we had a lovely holiday. Our room was basic but had everything we needed. Thank you to all the staff at La Costiera for making our holiday perfect x

Worst hotel ive ever stayed in, and i travel a lot. I dont even know where to start. I travelled with 2 friends, we're in our late 20's/early 30's and my 7 year old son for 5 days. It was so bad i left after less than 24 hours after checking in and booked a flight home for the morning after we arrived. Whoever gave this hotel a 4 star rating is completely deluded. It is a clear cut 2 star. This hotel is no where near naples, shouldnt even be selling it as naples, its about 45 minutes (90 euro) taxi journey to the city. And dont get your hopes up thinking there is another mode of transport because the closest train station is over 30 minute walk away and i never saw a bus. Its in the middle of nowhere, in a severely run down and dirty area. I wouldnt dare go out there after dark. There is literally nothing around, closest place for restaurants etc is a 10-15 minute taxi ride (20 euro). Nothing is within walking distance except the beach. The pool was closed, which was my main reason for booking this hotel, along with the selling point of it being in a good location with access to local attractions (ha). The 'breakfast' was 2 choices of cereal, some yoghurts and some fruit. I didnt eat the whole 24 hours i was there, neither did my son. Everything this hotel is sold as is a LIE and to top it off the receptionist was RUDE and completely unhelpful; when i asked for her to call me a taxi she said no as they are on strike, i asked how i was supposed to get to the airport and she proceeded to roll her eyes at me and say well you should have told me earlier. I then burst into tears because i thought i was going to be stuck there with nothing to eat/keep my child entertained for another 4 days. Luckily i was able to organise a private transfer (no help from the hotel staff) to get to the airport because if not we would have literally been stuck as the only way of getting anywhere is by taxi. Only thing that this hotel has going for it is that there is a nice beach about 5-10 minute walk away, but be prepared to walk through the worst area to get to it. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Hotel non da 4 stelle secondo me. La piscina non è funzionante (lo sapevamo, non è stata una sorpresa ) però secondo me un hotel a 4 stelle che ha già una piscina la deve mantenere e deve aprirla. Nota positiva la posizione, molto vicino al mare. Personale alla reception (non tutti per fortuna) non il massimo della simpatia. La struttura fuori un po’ da ristrutturare e della nostra camera avrei un po’ di cose da ridire.. muri sporchi, vanno riverniciati, poi la struttura della doccia dove c’è il soffione si muoveva e una delle due viti non c’era più. La sedia era macchiata. Manca inoltre un qualcosa per poter stendere sui balconi. Insomma tutto sommato esperienza discreta, non è un hotel da 4 stelle.

Abbiamo pernottato presso "la costiera hotel" dal 24 al 28 luglio 2024 e lo consiglio per chi vuole passare una vacanza in un hotel che è una grande famiglia a partire dalla dolcezza e cortesia di Layla alla disponibilità e gentilezza di Massimo e Giuliano, la delicatezza di Sharon e la splendida accoglienza di Cristina che ogni mattina vi regalerà il suo meraviglioso sorriso mentre vi recate a fare la colazione. Pulizia al top.Più che un hotel vi sentirete a casa vostra solo più coccolati. Un grazie infinito a tutto lo staff.

Colazione TOP con buon servizio e pulizia, letti buoni con ottimi cuscini, un esperienza da rifare con degli amici.io consiglio a tutti quanti l' hotel "LA COSTIERA" . chi andrà all' hotel La costiera avrà una buona pizza giorno e sera .....
